I'm fairly certain that at one time eMusic owned the Stax label (back in 1998/99). It looks like they sold it to Concord. Don't know really.. Lots of mergers/acquisitions in early 2000. Dimensional Associates may own some Stax music, too. Not sure, really.

Excellent. I'll be in Phila. around that time. I love the Mann Music Center... many good memories of shows and parties on the side of the hill.

It looks like Ticketmaster changed the dates on the "non VIP Visa" tickets. The SF show tickets go on sale Monday (April 2) rather than April 7. Check Ticketmaster for possible changes for your city.
