I was just curious if there was a song book for the splendid album, and if so I may need to bug someone who has it haha

There is no "Mighty Like a Rose" songbook.

The only nineties Elvis albums that had songbooks were "Brutal Youth" and "Painted From Memory". Also, there was a score of "The Juliet Letters" published.

The other Elvis album with its own songbook is "Spike".
