Wanted: Bridge I Burned promo

Was there ever a promo single release for "The Bridge I Burned?" I have heard of one that had several remixes but have never seen one at any record store, swap or ebay. Was one produced but withdrawn? I haven't much to trade for it but mostly want the sounds not the product anyway. Any helpful pointers or offers would be appreciated.

There was a 4-track promo CD including Edit, Album Version, Facino Mix & Pop Lie Mix with the catalogue number PROCD9045.

I could have bought a copy for Â£45 a few years ago but I was talked out of it.

I've never seen a copy in the flesh so to speak but the Facino and Pop Lie mixes are on The Great Unknown set.
